I think you think we have different beliefs than we do; treating members of different groups differently based on differing group averages is just sensible policy and exists all over society and is unremarkable except when it triggers implanted progressive mind mines
No, it's not a good example; it's got a bunch of weird features. A better example is societal rules along the lines of "18 year olds can be permitted to drive independently while 16 year olds can do so under supervision". That's the level of discussion here.
