The US needs egalitarianism because it is diverse. But the present situation is a weird one where the SJW left have created an inegalitarian system of racial, sexual and gender privilege, the best person is a trans gay black woman, the worst is a straight white man.

Given enough time, the present SJW movement will break the USA because it will break the egalitarian ideals the USA was founded on (the idea that a person's race doesn't matter, only their personal choices).

A diverse country where race is made very prominent is a civil war in the making. It's been shown many times.

Egalitarianism is more just a legal principle that a law has to apply to everyone the same way, leftists just flipped it and claim because a law isn't being applied to all races in a proportional way that means it's not actually being applied equally.

That's exactly what Hal is objecting to; you want "diversity" to work you'd better be Rhodesia or old South Africa or present day Singapore. Populations have different levels of ability to respond to incentives so different types of precautions against disorder are needed.

Imagine a population that loses motor coordination and judgement particularly quickly with alcohol - DUI laws are intended to prevent disaster and that theoretical population should be subject to lower BAC limits to qualify as DUI.

Can you point to actual examples of Singpore law and not theoretical ones?

This is difficult to do clearly and unambiguously because the Cathedral can see clear and unambiguous things as well and they have the USAF with their JDAMs on speed dial. Guest worker treatment is in line with NRx theory of governance and not with egalitarian norms.

But America has (ostensibly) different laws for different types of migrants too. For example, a tourist cannot work. Is this then not egalitarian? Perhaps my definitions are wrong?

If Singapore has laws for migrants that are different compared to laws for citizens, that's not necessarily that much different than what America does. There are limits to what immigrants in America can do compared to what citizens can do(again ostensibly).
