Crowd is headed east across 22nd Street, large garbage fire underneath a scaffolding on a building. For the non-NYers at any given time there are scaffolds set up for about 1/4 or of all buildings to do work on the facades and maintenance - they're flammable

Summary of the happenings - it's a sport for everyone involved but a stupid and dangerous one. NYPD is doing super well, they track and surround groups and when the groups do something stupid, they make arrests. NYPD super competent with crowd control.
