Reports now that they seeing a few bands of 5 or so on bikes (I saw them earlier on bikes festooned with LEDs) Things seem to be winding down for tonight. NYPD to me came out sounding pretty good tonight - far better than a city that would elect DeBlasio as mayor deserves.
