That wasn't my point at all. I am complaining about Tucker's consistent divisiveness and his tendency to contend that disagreement is motivated by maliciousness instead of earnest differences of opinions.

You see riots, burning down of people's livelihoods, joy in causing suffering by pushing people out of their jobs, gleefully expressed blood libel and you think Tucker *calling that out* as malice is the problem. It *is* malice. The "difference of opinion" is that they hate you.

Cut him some slack. He just scared and hiding behind the 'nuances' of the issue as all academics do. He's in good company though, even Trump feels the need to pander to looters in this climate. It's glaringly weak, which incites the riots even more
