Disgust is heavily influenced by culture/environment (see e.g. different cuisines) and exposure, so if your main argument is "it's disgusting", well people are working on changing that.

genetically different people develop different cuisines based on the availability of different foods in their region and you see this as evidence for "culture" being the difference.
Hint: French and Italians don't find their cuisines mutually disgusting.1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -
Sounds like a factual claim - you expect people of western descent to move to china to continue to find chineese food disgusting, and vice versa? My personal experience is the opposite (of adjusting very quickly) but I could be convinced.

People who choose to move to China are a self-selected sample. You'd have to double blind it by kidnapping people and not telling them if they were deposited in China or not.
