Tweet you cite has it right. It's just another tool in employers arsenal to expose dissenters and freethinkers. So that after a witch hunt or two you're left with only the docile slaves in the organization

Sure; but the content to which someone is expected to conform matters. Nonconforming to a dogma about a supernatural world that reinforces pro-social messages: social negative. Nonconforming to a dogma that upholds falsehoods about this world: needed correction to insanity.
