Interesting talk. Just one thing that confuses me. How can COVID be so infectious as to carry a risk from a 15 feet distance outside and not already have infected half the population? Shouldn't we assume a much higher R0 if that were the case?

It can be rare enough to make little difference in epidemiology, but at the same time more of a risk than many other things you;'d consider hazardous.
