Pfui. Are you that much of an idiot? Nobody's talking about police except you just now. Everybody* who lives in DC works for the government, directly or indirectly: staffers, bureaucrats, contractors, lobbyists, NGOs, you name it. Ain't going to citizen-arrest themselves.

This has been a serious and obvious problem - it's impossible to prosecute any government functionaries because who do you think the DC jury pool is?
