So now you have an idea of how Manipulating Procedural Outcomes actually works today. The problem is that this manipulation itself is now transparent to us punks - 4channers, Gamergate, Pepe enthusiasts etc.

So the Procedure is being Manipulated to stop us from noticing and throwing wrenches in the manipulation of other Procedures!

This also gives us another window into why conservatives are Eternal Losers. If you want to preserve The Procedure, you have to FIGHT LIKE HELL when you see it being manipulated! You cannot restore a Procedure USING the Procedure, or at least the normal, everyday stipulations

To Restore the Procedure as it was intended to function, requires offensive action possibly outside the scope of the Procedure or at least on the fringes of it. This is what lumpen right-wingers mean when they say 'Conservatives Dont Fight!'

...because the procedure is there specifically so that extremely unpleasant direct consequences don't have to be taken. They don't like introducing fear to people they can't confirm are evil, and it's too early in the process to confirm.

Unless you have a pattern established, but by then this process has taken hold elsewhere, and you still have to deal with people who don't recognize the encroachment of evil and are uncomfortable holding pitchforks and torches.

These are people who have invented procedures to circumvent mob rule. They want to bypass ruling by fear. And their own noble impulses are being used against them. It's so perverse. It's SO perverse. Makes me absolutely rage.

You need Schelling points of being unreasonable and fighting over trivia because the other side is constantly evolving its salami slicer attack to prevent open opposition until the point where the potential adversaries see the fight as hopeless.
