The point doesn't remain the same at all. Women aren't "immature" to test their husband for weakness in this way, they're women. Men are immature to take this approach because the deal men have with other men is that they'll restrain themselves so men can cooperate.

Understanding women's psychology and drives isn't condemnation any more than understanding men's is. Society is very careful to have rules around common misbehavior men are tempted to (violence) and it *was* careful to have rules around misbehavior women are commonly tempted to.

Women are always tempted to try for dual track mating but that destroys society as it makes cooperation impossible. Constraining that *because it's a destructive tendency of women* isn't condemning women.
