Where does this Received Wisdom come from that Bloomberg is a 'centrist' candidate. What exactly is more 'centrist' about him than e.g. Warren. The tax thing? She muses about a (fictional, unconstitutional) tax & he doesn't, they agree on everything else, hence he's 'centrist'?
He doesn't because Marxism is a coordination mechanism for a conspiracy and not a way to actually govern. How do you tweak USG to give more stuff to its clients? It already gives more than is long term sustainable. It already drives out any industry based on fixed capital.

For it's bioleninist clients it's already burned down cities - it's given away so much (non-tangible) stuff that people have moved away from its clients b/c they're legally empowered to do *anything*.

Well no one who supports the DNC knows or believes that. This is why I used the word 'nominally.' He appears to differ fundamentally to such a person even if actual reform is impossible. That appearance is why I could see a Lefty being excited over him.

Sure but that gets around SC's point - why should *he* care - since he's not deluded enough to believe that Warren will do x and Biden will do y and Bernie will do z - they'll all "do" approximately nothing while the permanent government chugs along growing more insane by the day
