The good 2009 movie "An Education" stars Carey Mulligan as a schoolgirl having an affair with a Jewish white collar scamster played by Peter Sarsgaard(!). One of his scams is to rent to Jamaican hoodlums in 1960 London and collect 6% from terrorized old ladies selling out.

I'm guessing there is probably more honest depiction of the reasons for white flight in autobiographies > novels > plays > movies. Okay...Howard Stern's auto-biopic movie "Private Parts" briefly touches upon the reasons for white flight. But that's exception that validates rule.
