You think they did all that and they're just going to agree to let everyone go? They did it so their side would permanently rule and they foreclosed all legal avenues to resist them (starting with "the law is whatever our side says it is" from the SC)

For the time being, we have the right, in principle, to enforce immigration laws against illegal aliens. Blue America wants to protect their illegals. We should find out just how badly they want that, among other things the present constitution doesn’t permit them (eg gun bans).

No you don't have that right in principle. You have the right to enforce laws that the courts allow to be enforced which happens to not include laws against illegal immigration. To gain that right Trump is going to have to... violate the law
