I've got news for Brie Larson, Anna Boden,
@fleckryan1, and@Kevfeige: This trailer makes#CaptainMarvel look like a psycho and the pre-I-swear-I-will-not-kill-anyone T-800#Terminator seem rational by comparison. Asking for a smile =/= having a cigar put out on your chest.pic.twitter.com/O2RwrwKBeK29 replies 78 retweets 324 likes -

Considering that several of the orderlies, guards, and doctors at the institution Sarah was being kept at were revealed to be unscrupulous/abusive, it's hard to feel too bad about them getting beaten up. The biker was skeevy and Captain Marvel threatened to remove an appendage.

It's more complicated than that. Sarah's crazy/desperate. But neither the movie nor the fans advocated for her killing Miles Dyson. John Connor even tries to stop her because it's morally wrong. But we have feminists/SJWs cheering Marvel on for attacking someone for being a jerk.

The reason Sarah Conner doesn't please the SJWs is that the other characters act as if she did something crazy / wrong / desperate If they all looked on and took no notice when Sarah Conner killed Miles Dyson she would be an SJW icon

I'd say she's a 2nd wave feminist icon because she gives the misandric speech of men not being able to create something real, like a child, to feel it growing inside them, contrary to a man using his brain to create evil cold A.I., as if Women are the source for all good.

The speech isn't exactly well received and it had an ironic undercurrent in that the woman who gave it was fully dedicated to the craft of killing But yeah, she was an early "strong womyn" in film and a sign of worse things to come - her character was far better in T1
