You know what else is an unsolved mystery? Why there was an ‘Access Hollywood story’. Where did the tape come from? Who leaked it to media? Where did they get it? Did they have legal ownership of it? Yet Hayes is not curious about *that*. No one is! It was just an Act Of God.https://twitter.com/chrislhayes/status/1129155718223978496 …

The greatest mystery that remains unsolved to me is why Wikileaks published the first group of Podesta emails a few hours after the Acess Hollywood story. Coincidence? Someone from Trump world sending a message "we need it now"? Would like to know this.

A surreptitious tape of a private conversation just happens to get leaked to everyone in the press and they all coordinate how and when to release it - natural like the tide Public release of documents published to everyone - I QUESTION THE TIMING

wiki: “On Friday, October 7, at around 11 a.m., an unidentified source gave a copy of the tape to Washington Post reporter David Fahrenthold” oh I guess that settles that! No further questions, no curiosity wasn’t this an unreported ‘in-kind donation’ to HRC? investigate!

Note that it says "unidentified" - meaning the identity of the source isn't public *not* that David Fahrenthold and the Washington Post don't know who he is Indict him and the Post because unless the HRC campaign disclosed the donation it's a campaign finance violation!

of course Farenthold = Assange in this situation more or less is Hayes asking ‘why did Farenthold release this tape on October 7, 2016’? course not is a Special Counsel ‘investigating’ who his source was did the source have NBC’s permission (either answer raises legal issues)

But none of this even *occurs* to Hayes he’d probably be puzzled by someone asking any of this of *course* D campaigns are entitled to strategically-timed and media-coordinated leaks that are damaging to the R opponent the crime is if the R campaign deflects it.
