Well, mentioning differences in behavior between dog breeds ( which are obvious) suggest the possibility of behavioral differences between human populations, so he has to claim they don't exist, even though it's absurd. He's not the only one.

All that's been accomplished here is that the opponent has gone from defending one obvious absurdity to a different obvious absurdity and he's not even the slightest bit embarrassed by it
