But if you are comparing populations where the environmental factors are HIGHLY UNEQUAL, then IQ scores will strongly reflect such factors (without reflecting a real difference in potential) 4/n

I'm assuming that physical development follows these same patterns and that the fastest runners and highest jumpers will come from the high IQ groups because it's all down to nutrition, right?
