"Nah, that doesn't apply in all cases, therefore this is one of those cases that this doesn't apply to" You have to actually go through the intermediate steps of coming up with reasons why it doesn't always apply (it does) and reasons why the US would be an exception (it isn't)

Your argument is laughably stupid "claiming the US Constitution was written for white people" It's in the preamble "claiming that low IQ, violence, ... are inherently ...connected to race" The best replicated, most consistent fact in all of social science is the racial IQ gap

The cause isn't unknown it's is evolution under different selective pressures The preamble to the Constitution specifies that the purpose of it is to secure the blessings of liberty for the signatories and their posterity - maybe figuring out what posterity is social science too

They signed as representatives of the *citizens* of their states The country had rules as to who the states had as citizens - free white men of good character They also specified that it wasn't supposed to change by pointing out that the constitution was for their posterity

They specified the preconditions that would have allowed the government they designed to function - you can fiddle with a bunch of stuff but not the preconditions The constitution no where contains the two word combination "all men" Diversity + proximity = war
