7. People are asking what I mean by "don't obstruct." The GOP has a legitimate concern that if they pull Kavanaugh, the Democrats could attempt procedural moves after the November election to shut down the Senate until Jan 3d. I'm saying the Dems have to promise not to.

9. Replying to concerns about Trump's new nominee: That nominee still needs a majority vote. If Triump nominates someone horrible, he risks losing a second nomination and no time to get a third before the new Congress. So that puts some constraint on Trump's lunacy.
