    Spent the morning at Skipton School teaching year 10s how to make soft & hard cheese, tasting different types and discussing farming. Hopefully we'll get the next generation of food lovers coming through and inspire them to champion traditional farming and cheese-making ...

    I always thought we weren't eccentric, just had a genuine love for cheese. Then last year I commissioned this automata to be made for the museum on 'Scientists Find World's Smelliest Cheese' from a study and realised actually Kathy and I may be just a bit eccentric
