    The Tulare County Board of Supervisors and staff offer our deepest condolences to the family and friends of former Tulare County District 3 Supervisor Phil Cox, who passed away on June 16, 2021. Former Supervisor Cox was elected to the Board in 2004 and served for 12 years.
