    I’ve never known so many folk feel so tired & sad. Every fretful pal I’ve listened to, every worried person...they’re all labouring under the illusion they’re somehow failing. I just want to say: you’re not alone & this shit-show is not your fault (unless you’re Boris Johnson).

    The sunshine is making me realise how last year, I was able to persevere through 3 months of no hugs and the grief of life changing so quickly, simply because of how different warmth and sunlight makes you feel. We are, without a shadow of a doubt, nature 🌱🌄☀️
