I have found a collection of papers and presentation in Chinese (from various Chinese forums & websites) on the science instruments & general mission designs for Chang'e 4 & the 2020 Chinese Mars Orbiter-Lander-Rover. I'll translate key points on NSF & UMSF in 1-2 days. ;)
Sorry for the delay, but this should be up by Tuesday GMT. As for the relay spacecraft and CE-4 itself? There has been nothing in Chinese media in recent days. Not even a peep. And the relay spacecraft's launch date still cannot be pinned down!

IIRC that one wasn't to fly until late this year at the earliest, and we haven't seen any container ship known to be being refitted yet. No idea what this closure is for. ˉ\_(ツ)_/ˉ
