...but see my latest tweet where @roscosmos claims that the Fregat was not at fault - while there was a thruster failure, it happened 30 minutes after the separation of the batch of affected satellites with them already 1.5 km away. ˉ\_(ツ)_/ˉ

Another interesting aspect of the article: Roskosmos claims only 3 sats failed, not 7 or whatever the number was in western reports. Wonder if that's just that some owners didn't do the right formal complaint to Roskosmos...
