I've been forgetting to keep up with @JAXA_jp's Tsubame SLATS satellite launched in December. It was inserted in a 470 x 653 km orbit and is meant to descend to 268 km and even lower, but has now spent a month stalled at 400 x 500 km. Unsure if that is as planned.

From pre-launch press conference notes (http://www.sacj.org/openbbs/bbs129.html … #2121) it seems that the sat should still be transiting to a 392 km high circular orbit w/ gas thrusters till late March. The sat isn't planned to reach 268 km altitude until 15 months after launch!
(My Japanese is non-existent so this needs checking by someone who can read Japanese....)
