#SpaceX is recalling it's #Zuma mission patches from online stores.
A very roundabout way of admitting that, yes, something went indeed wrong?

It could still be that the thing that went wrong is the media and their sources 
and SpaceX had to recall to avoid publicity issues. However I agree that this point might be worth monitoring. (I'm still waiting for satellite observers' reports!)
