SS-520-4 should have 78 kg 3rd stage able to put 3U cubesat in 180 x 1500 km orbit. Not sure of current status.
Anyone knows what's the deal with @jaxa_en flying a picosat on their next SS-520 sounding rocket around the new year? New picosat launcher?
