@planet4589 Hmm: 1. There seems to be a duplicate entry "1971-000" in no. 1031 (error?) 2. Is 1974-A42 = no. 1403 confirmed to reach orbit?

@Cosmic_Penguin Good catches. 1974-A42 is an error (although some R-36 FOBS did reach orbit and are not in the NORAD list). As for 71-00: -
