@Cosmic_Penguin It's hyperbolic in the heliocentric frame, but elliptic when expressed in the frame of the solar system’s barycenter.

@Cosmic_Penguin It's not hyperbolic. It is gravitationally bound to the solar system - just. It's an oort cloud comet not extra-solar -
