If a spectrum is redshifted, are the lines all stretched out by different amounts, or are they just all moved along by the same amount?

@PenguinGalaxy The Doppler shift is f = ((c + vr) / (c+ vs)) f0, so any EM radiation will shift by a certain multiple in frequency.
