Yeah something like that, though I'm not sure these 2 are representative enough of the first orbital configuration to be used as Ground Test Vehicles a la SA-500-F of the Saturn V.

Yeah, that's my guess. I suspect the upgrades Musk has mentioned for S20+ will be big enough that older ships wont really be compatible with boosters, especially as far as stage mating and GSE connections go.
