Docking of Shenzhou 12 to the CSS is reported to be "around 6-7 hours after launch" so that would be after 07:00 UTC. Meanwhile also in China a Long March 2C - the rocket the Long March 2F just flew is based on - is going to launch from Xichang ~06:55 UTC.

Looks like docking will be after 08:00 UTC with live coverage reported to be starting at 07:30 UTC. Meanwhile people who followed the launch coverage noticed that there were some problems noted at around T-10 minutes that led to manual ignition being used for this launch.

Regarding the other Chinese launch in Xichang...there's no news just yet, and searching for signs of launch on social media there is difficult due to Shenzhou 12 launching just hours ago. The only sign came from a somewhat reliable insider claiming the launch was scrubbed...
