It’s all the SpaceX fanboys voting. More realistically is OFT-2. You can’t do unbiased polls anymore because everyone fanboys over SpaceX and will choose them no matter what the options are.
The Boeing option is for the Starliner Crew Flight Test *after* OFT-2.
