This is going to be the most eerie Mars landing that I will ever see. To think that there might be the 1st non-US S/C AND rover on Mars within 2 days & absolutely nothing is known - even landing date - except for the thinnest of small talks (less than Chang'e 4) is extraordinary.

I figured that I should add "functional" into the sentence... (actually there was one theory that the problem was w/ the relaying orbiter - which went into the wrong orbit at MOI - and not the lander!)

Nothing would matter if it fail the landing, so regardless how low profile this landing is, the success of the landing is the most important.
