So air space closure notice has popped up that shows a launch out of Jiuquan on March 30 ~22:45 UTC. While initial guesses all point to it being a GF-12-02 launching on LM-4C (the source being - yes - Chinese New Year celebration banners - more on that when I have time)… (1/4)

...however notice that fairing? Yup that's the one used for Tiangong-1/2, something that should already be history (similar ones for LM-7/8 shouldn't appear in Beijing but Tianjin).
