Ironically there’s *another* Chinese rocket launch immediately after it that can be backed up now. Yet another triplet of the YG-31 “Chinese NOSS” constellation, group 04, is going up on an LM-4C from Jiuquan on March 13 @ ~02:20 UTC per latest air space closure notices.
Back to the LM-7A, there's a single rumor of a 17:50 UTC launch time. However this is the 3rd different one I have seen in recent days (10:00-15:30, ~16:00, 16:00-21:30) so uhhhhhhh.....

At least local authorities now has a marine space closure notice due to “military exercise” of 5.5 nmi radius from a coordinate sitting right on the LM-7/8 pad 17:00 UTC today - 19:00 UTC March 13, so the 17:50 UTC T-0 looks correct. (c.c. @Nextlaunch)
