From a Japanese perspective, 5 orbital launches in a year is a very good year! I hope you would be able to come after the panedmic is over. Tanegashima is an island with less than dozen beds capable of handling COVID-19 patients, so I am currently refraining from going there.
Well, I don't think I can go there until at least Q2, possibly Q3 next year anyway, your (& effectively our) borders are currently closed. 
Vaccines should make a huge difference by then.
That's everyone's hope. BTW, if I were you, I would aim for H-IIA launch and not Espilon or H3 launches. H-IIA rarely have launch delays expect for weather related issues, but can't say the same for Espilon and a brand new rocket H3.
