Regarding the true identity of this YG-33(R) with regarding to the one that failed to reach orbit in May 2019, it seems that the Big Red Screen (TM) has an illustration of what seems to be a SAR sat similar to GF-10(R) & YG-29 believed to be from the same series, all from SAST.pic.twitter.com/2iwPBOP3qP
