CCTV's news channel is live and they get a reporter with the search team...though still only mentioning the difficulties of searching in freezing night.
I guess everything is fine as the cars are moving at this moment.

Well per @esaoperations’ updates and landing zone air closure notices the most critical phase of the Chang’e 5 capsule landing should be right now, but nothing has been heard from the space side so far at all....
Let’s hope that this won’t happen with Chang’e 5 instead...

So, it boils down to....random Internet posts again, which reported that the capsule has already landed around 20 minutes ago and was spotted already! Maybe that's why we saw vehicles on the move.

Hmm, apparently I missed that while the reporter was interviewed, he mentioned that the team just got the *6th* landing site prediction from the MCC. That seems to be the most convoluted way of saying the capsule is on the ground. Weird but, uh, okay...

Those presenters at CCTV just got the report that the Chang'e 5 return capsule has, indeed, landed. Reported landing time was 2 am local = 18:00 UTC.

Anyway it's way past my sleep time so off to you all to report on finding and retrieving the capsule...
