Why'd they need a neural network: the telemetric data is clearly out of family, both in magnitude (tables 1-3) and trend (fig 6&8). Why black-box it into a NN classifier? Plus this is not predictive, other than what a cursory look at telemetry, or a few redlines, would tell you.
