(I'm not sure there are any other fabric flags on any other extraterrestrial surfaces except for the Apollo ones. Chang'e 3/4 only have the flags painted on the S/C, a standard practice for most interplanetary S/C.)

There's now a full fabric PRC flag planted on the surface of the Moon after it was deployed from one side of Chang'e 5's descent stage just before ascent stage's launch.
