Note for the Chang’e 5 mission: Despite previous guesses to a landing in evening UTC today it looks like that due to orbit passes over the landing site, this will NOT happen. A Chinese forum member looked at that & concluded December 1st is the most probable landing date.

It looks like the circularisation burn for Chang’e 5 will occur in about 2 hours’ time (Chinese sources also pointing to that); we should have better guesses of an exact lunar landing and liftoff time afterward.https://twitter.com/coastal8049/status/1332990682399588352 …

The initial lunar orbit of #Change5 has been fairly decently quantified using amateur Doppler data. 3x the period is almost exactly the 12/360 x 29.531 (lunar sidereal day). Circularization burn should happen ~12:35UTC today.
