Note for the Chang’e 5 mission: Despite previous guesses to a landing in evening UTC today it looks like that due to orbit passes over the landing site, this will NOT happen. A Chinese forum member looked at that & concluded December 1st is the most probable landing date.

Remember that the orbit "pass" over the landing site is not only required for landing, but also for later lift off. With the knowledge of the orientation of the (now) circular orbit, it should be possible to find the "best" time, and then extend it to both sides by one day or so.
"Due to orbit passes over the landing site" is it what we call phase angle when we speak about ISS passing over the launch site?
