125 ml of liquid has been drained from my cat’s lungs. It looks like day-old lager While it doesn’t tackle the underlying problem (still to be determined), that should at least make her feel better in the short term.

While we await for further analysis on the test results, the cat has decided to handle the stress by adopting a life style in which she subsists on churu (a popular cat treat in Japan). We may have to consider the possibility I am being played.

My poor mog had another 100 ml drained from her lungs. I am glad I spotted a problem before she had trouble breathing, but it was a bit of a hunch as cats could put Vegas poker players to shame. Cat is now hiding in closet to show her distaste for such events. I may join her.

Emergency vet: She had a little fluid build-up, but it shouldn’t have been causing issues yet. It’s possible she was experiencing a bit of pain. Me: She may have been anxious about going back to the vet. [vet and I look at one another] Me: This was self-fulfilling prophesy.
