AFAIK CALT did a few proof-of-test tanls for testing new production techniques (FSW IIRC) but the project hasn't got the final government endorsement yet. I'd say 2025-ish at the earliest.

I mean, would we even know? They’ve already test-launched their new capsule (which is still unnamed). I think they could do this relatively fast if it has already approved it.
