The final stage of the CZ-6 is being tracked in a 191 x 471 km orbit. 14 objects are being tracked in a 466 x 475 km x 97.3 deg sun-sync orbit. Only 13 payloads have been announced so it's not clear what the 14th object is - maybe an adapter.

I've learnt that two-deck adapters aren't always separable, but I agree it's a likely possibility
