That said, *if* whoever ordered ZUMA decided to build and fly a replacement satellite, the timing seems about right (close to 3 years). Or who knows, this could be a 2nd X-37B flight in tandem. Or this is for a small PAN/CLIO replacement (F9 RTLS probably can do ~3.5t to GTO)...
