Alternatively, what kind of orbit inclination would a notional spacecraft in LEO look like if it re-enters over these 2 ships and land at Jiuquan or near the usual Shenzhou landing zones?

That's the leading theory....though there are rumors that it isn't launching soon. We should also see the unmistakable rocket rolling out if it really is this thing. The retrograde launch theory also comes from Chinese forums.
A retrograde launch to ~123 degrees out of Jiuquan would pass over Yuan Wang 3 shortly after launch. It might overfly YW6, but it would depend on how far out from Uruguay it is.
I'll also say that they're lined up pretty well for a deorbit burn and landing. I remember a few months back you were looking at a very short spaceplane flight.
