OK so...a bunch of NOTAMs just popped out around Taiyuan SLC tomorrow ~04:00 UTC, but we all are perplexed as it seems to show something flying out towards SSO (fitting w/ a LM-2C launch) *&* what seems like a missile towards W AT THE SAME TIME!

The launch windows open about right now.
I now start to think that the missile thingy flying west might be an SLBM test from the Yellow Sea and the SSO one is really a LM-2C (?) launch, but you'd think that this arrangement would cause range tracking problems....
3.5 hours after what was supposed to be a launch and...nothing happened.
